When can I expect to receive my package?

After successfully placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. One of our couriers will then take it from there. You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

Where does the Letter Bet ship?

We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. Please see international options at check out.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

No customs fees and duties are charged within Canada.

I am having issue with tracking my package.

We are sorry to hear that! It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to display information on the courier’s site. For an international shipment with Canada Post, you can enter the same tracking number within your own national post service tracking system once it has left Canada.

If you are having any other tracking issues please send us an email with your order number and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

How do I place a return or exchange?

Due to the nature of our artworks we do not accept refunds. In some exceptational cases we will refund an item if necessary. For any refund/return questions please email us at hq@theletterbet.ca with your name and order number. We will provide you with an answer once we have recieved your request.

What’s your return policy?

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to exclusive nature of our products. Please double check your information prior to placing your order in order to avoid delays.
